Size Queens out of 10
It's a sexy drawing of Bianca Butthole along with
two other cartoon chicks using hairspray and a lighter to spell out
Betty Blowtorch. Nice!
Booklet: 10
Butt Trumpets out of 10
This is a great booklet and tribute to Bianca.
16 panels with Bianca's full story and a million great photos. There
is info on all the songs on this CD too so you know who is playing on
what track. I like knowing all that info because I'm a big on detail.

Comments: Along
with this CD, there is also going to be a documentary called "BETTY
BLOWTORCH AND HER AMAZING TRUE LIFE ADVENTURES" that will be coming
out in June 2003. The press release we just got said: "The
American Film Institute (AFI) will be presenting the world premiere
screening of BETTY BLOWTORCH AND HER AMAZING TRUE LIFE ADVENTURES during
the second annual music documentary series at the ArcLight Cinemas in
Hollywood on Wednesday, June 25th at 8 p.m.
For two years Director Anthony Scarpa followed
the all-girl rock band Betty Blowtorch, documenting the bands ferocious
sound and dangerously low-tech pyrotechnic show, unaware of the turmoil
and tragedy that he would ultimately capture. Betty Blowtorch quickly
rose through the Los Angeles music scene and took to the road gaining
a rabid fan base across the country. On the road through personal tragedy
and the national tragedy of 911, Betty Blowtorch soldiered on, until
Bianca was tragically killed in a New Orleans car accident. Scarpa captures
their amazing story without ever letting you forget just how much the
band rocked."
