This CD isn't out yet and who knows when it will be out. It's Ratt
drummer Bobby Blotzer's project with John Corabi singing. There is some
sort of dispute between Blotzer and Melodic Mayhem Music about this,
and Blotzer told people not to buy from them. So when I heard that,
it made me want to get my hands on a copy! And low and behold, I have!
I didn't care about this CD until Blotzer said not to buy it. I'm always
up for getting stuff I'm not supposed to get.
Cover: 1
Ratt out of 10.
It's a greyish cover with a design and simply
says "Twenty 4 Seven." Horrible. Looks like some of the Rock
On The Decline stuff we get sent.
Booklet: 3
Ratts out of 10.
The booklet has lyrics, but some weird drawing
of water & rocks with balls in the sky. Looks like something a progressive
metal band would do. Again, similar to the Rock On The Decline stuff
we get. It's stuff that doesn't relate to anything. I don't really get
it and don't really care to.
Songs: 5
Ratts out of 10.
There are 9 songs listed on the back
of the CD, but 10 songs total. Track #6 is the track that not listed
on the back and it's called "Someone I Don't Wanna Be," but
it's a reworked version of the Ratt song "Live For Today."
I think the first two songs on the CD are the best, "Due Time"
and "Fall Into Yourself." The mid-tempo "Dead Man's Shoes"
is good too. There is nothing here that's incredible or really stands
out, but it's not bad. It makes Union seem a lot more exciting though!
Comments: Just
a middle of the road rock CD. If you're a fan of John Corabi, this might
interest you.
