Hello, I'm Jani Bon Neil, and welcome to Jani's Page Sludge.

For those who have no clue what the purpose of Page Sludge is, it's where I sort of just update everyone on what's going on with Metal Sludge from time to time, and post various announcements and shit like that. Some people keep coming here week after week and still aren't sure what Jani's Page Sludge is, so I thought I would clear that up. You can thank me later.

Our Metal Sludge Extravaganza 9 is just around the corner! Well actually, that would only be true if you were in Tarzana near the intersection of Reseda Blvd. and Calvert St., but that's beside the point. We'll be announcing our hosts and the 5th band later today. Lots of other plans are underway to make this party unique and better than any that came before it. Considering it's now August 20th, MSE9 will be here before you know it!

If you've been coming to the page for any length of time, you already know that our parties at Paladino's are legendary. Sludgeaholics come from all over the planet to attend them and you never know who will show up. Come mingle with movie stars, porn stars, wrestling stars, rock stars, people who used to be rock stars, people who think they're rock stars, people who work at Paladino's, Sludgeaholics, Sludgettes, and some of southern California's finest trim too. It's only 4 weeks until our party, so don't fuck around! Make your travel plans now.

Also just around the corner is Metal Sludge's 6th birthday, which is only 12 days away. In honor of the event, we have something special in store for everyone and while I'd love to tell you all about it, that would spoil the surprise and it wouldn't be any fun. So be sure to come check us out on September 1st.

We also have a request, and that is to keep sending us your captures! We want to do a captures post soon and so put on your Sludgendise and go get your picture taken with various rock stars and celebrities. We've upped the bounty for getting a Sludge capture with Sebitchian, so we'll be updating our photo contest page soon with new info. If you've sent in captures in the past several months and they've never gotten posted, that sucks, but send them in again and we'll try to work them in.
