Los Angeles, CA -- Former LA Guns axeman Tracii Guns considering releasing new music on cassette tape. That's right folks you read that correct. We said cassette. If there is anything remotely good about this idea is that you can always tape over it if you find something better to listen to.

In a recent Tweet and Facebook posting the guitarist wrote:

Cassettes? Who here still listens to cassettes? Who here still has a working cassette player? Lastly, who would like our new record to be available on cassette? There are some things in the works that will delay the release of the record and it's good news. I will have more info soooon, Tracii Guns

The guitarist recently started a campaign asking fans for $ 6,600.00 to help pay for his next recording to be pressed on 500 Vinyl records. Both formats have long been considered "out dated". Most 80s artists are struggling to hold onto fans and customers with the ever changing music industry and one can only wonder who would buy any music on either format.
