According to Donnie Vie and his own personal posting, he recently had a lawn mower accident that almost took the singer/songwriters finger off. Read Donnie's rant below about a cancelled show, the finger incident and more.

Just so it is clear, yesterday,, i was ready to get picked up for rehearsal and tonight's show when i got a call that said the show was canceled because the club didn't pay the deposit...our booking agency pulled the show because they are pros...this aint our old agency...we get paid now. Someone just informed me that they called the club and were told that the band canceled because the singer was sick...always blaming it on me. Why would i cancel when Chip told me that there were 5000 line up around the block. Haha. Ironically, one hour after they called, i almost cut my finger off with the lawn mower and wont be playing guitar any time soon. Luckily, I'm too lazy to play it anyways. Donnie Vie - Enuff Z'Nuff
