Jani Lane resurfaces - bar band kareoke set in Calif.

THAT METAL SHOW = Where is the Metal?

After laying low for some time, former Warrant singer Jani Lane has made a few appearances this past week. Most notably on the set of THAT METAL SHOW with Eddie Trunk. The guys from TMS look about as Metal as the Dad's do at soccer camp. Since when did a brite yellow t-shirt become Metal? Even Rob Halford knows yellow don't look right at work. That is - if your work is in the Metal world.

Taime Downe of Faster Pussycat also made an appearance and seemed to be the only guy grasping the concept of rock or metal, hard music and the appropriate attire for the day. As usual, Eddie Trunk looked like a announcer from a bowling league in Wausau Wisconsin.

In other Jani Lane news. The Cherry Pie guy showed up at the "Howl at the Moon" club. It's a popular weeknight jam band/karaoke style club located near Universal Studios in the Valley.
