Sunset Strip's QUEENY BLAST POP singer MOST WANTED!

To the old skool Sunset Strip fans. You might remember the glam band QUEENY BLAST POP. They made a splash locally for about an hour, or two. Then they went on their way. Most notably Lesli Sanders joined forces with and toured several years with Pretty Boy Floyd. Some of the other guys have remained quiet, playing music and going about life. In reality their most successful piece from the puzzle was then manager Gerry Gittelson. Clearly he's went on to big things being a contributor at Metal Sludge & the Los Angeles Daily news as well.  ;-)

Well, maybe not so quiet for singer Punky Jean, real name Gregory Hartman. He was recently arrested after being on the Washington state's MOST WANTED listing. However, the law doesn't give up like most rock bands do and they ARRESTEDtheir man.

You'd think after dressing like this, it would be embarassing enough. Guess not.

UPDATE: The U.S. Marshals Pacific NW Fugitive Apprehension Task Force working with the officers in the Southwest Community Response Unit, Tukwila PD’s Tactical Team and the Tacoma Gang Unit arrested Gregory Hartman minutes ago.    

Officers say they followed an early 1970’s Chevy Truck driven by Hartman’s dad after it left his home in Bonney Lake and pulled him over for a traffic stop on HWY 410.    

They say they found Hartman hunkered down on the floorboard of the passenger seat.

Officers got a tip that he was staying at the home in Bonney Lake after he was on a special Washington’s Most Wanted show featuring Lakewood and Pierce County Domestic Violence suspects.  

Hartman openly taunted police on his Facebook page calling them offensive names and claiming they would never be able to catch him.
