Beautiful Creatures bassist Kenny Kweens gives fans update on his recent cancer scare.

Los Angeles — Beautiful Creatures bassist Kenny Kweens posted a “I need some good prayers. thoughts and vibes people for no cancer” message on his official Facebook on June 2nd.

Fans and friends flooded the rockers inbox with concern which Kweens says he was “blown away” by the support.

Good news today. The New Orleans native and Los Angeles resident has just posted a follow up and states, “I do NOT have cancer.”

Kweens previously had a brief stint playing in L.A. Guns (2009-2011) and originally played in the Hollywood based local rockers Shake The Faith. The local band featured Tommy Thayer (Ex. Black N’ Blue, KISS) on lead guitar and Dave “Diggity” Aragon on vocals. “Diggity” later become known for appearing in the popular MTV show “Pimp My Ride.”

Screen captures of Kenny Kweens messages are posted below. We wish the Kenny the best going forward.
