The Inaugural Skull Fest Kicks off in Less Than 24 Hours

After months of online promotion and some flip flopping of bands the first ever Skull Fest is hours away.

The event is celebrating with a laundry list of 80s hard rockers, hairbands and a few tribute bands too. The 3 day event will feature performances by 25 different artists with each day featuring a few house hold names as headliners. Friday nite kicks off with Phil Lewis of LA Guns and Jack Russell of Great White. Saturday features Black N’ Blue, Ted Poley of Danger Danger and London who were best known for their appearance in Decline of Western Civilization Part 2 The Metal Years. Sunday ends with an appearance by Michael Sweet and Oz Fox of Styper with Hollywoods glam gutter goons Faster Pussycat.

About Metal Sludge

  • Harold Reams

Shouldn’t Phil Lewis say, “former singer of Girl?” He was not the original singer of LA Guns. He was just a generic singer that fit the “hair metal” scene. He was more, “Sunset Strip” and LA Guns was at least one point, a cool underground type band. “Girl”? Maybe in the past. “Little old lady”? Yes, Phil looks like my grandma.
