Less than six weeks after being released from jail on a drunken driving charge, Motley Crue singer Vince Neil is facing two new misdemeanor criminal charges in Las Vegas.
A criminal complaint filed Tuesday accuses the 50-year-old Neil of poking his finger into the chest of ex-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs in a casino lounge late March 24.
He’s also accused of cursing and pointing or poking at Jacobs and two friends who were with her.
Neil’s lawyer, David Chesnoff, tells The Associated Press there are two sides to the story, and that Neil will plead not guilty to the battery and disorderly conduct charges. He’s due May 2 in Las Vegas Justice Court.
Neil was freed from Clark County jail Feb. 25 after serving 10 days for driving drunk last summer near the Las Vegas Strip.
One wonders, how sober has Vince been in recent weeks? The answer might be right HERE as Vince takes the stage with the legendary Steel Panther in Las Vegas over the weekend. Vince is in top form, forgetting lyrics, slurring words, out of time and key all at once. Good thing the God of Glam Michael Starr showed him the way!
